- step forward body kick (x3)
- (receive counter)
- spin away into left stance
Defence: left stance
- step back (x2)
- step out to side & twist inner palm block
- slide in reverse punch (KIAI)
- step back into right stance

Attack: Left - Defence: Right
Attack: left stance
- step forward body kick (x3)
- (receive counter)
- spin away into left stance
Defence: right stance
- step back (x3)
- (on third step) step back & twist inner palm block
