- step in two punches
- (left) sweep
- reverse punch (KIAI)
- drop back into right stance
Defence: left stance
- step back block head
- (leg moved across on sweep)
- spin away into left stance

Ohyo Gumite - Nihonme
Attack: Right - Defence: Left
Attack: left stance
- slide in reverse punch (head)
- hop around (right) foot sweep
- reverse punch (KIAI)
- drop back into left stance
Defence: left stance
- lean back block head
- (leg moved across on sweep)
- spin away into right stance

- step in two punches
- (on counter) slide in (right) arm across chest & (left) arm under knee
- roll over (right) leg - backfist (KIAI)
- drop back into left stance

- slide in punch (head)

- roll away onto left knee (right stance)

- (right hand) backfist to head
- (left hand) grab collar & (right hand) cut knee, throw to ground
- (right hand) strike to head (KIAI)
- step away into left stance
