- step forward body punch (x3)
- (receive counter)
- step back into left stance

Defence: right stance
- step back (x2)
- (on third step) take half step & twist inner block
- slide in (left) elbow strike (KIAI) & (right) cover arm
- step back into left stance

- step forward body punch (x3)
