Kihon Kumite - Ipponme

Attack: Right - Defence: Right

Attack: right stance -
slide in punch - slide in reverse punch -
slide out to right stance

Defence: right stance -
slide away (angle) cover head - twist in to block & punch -
move back into right stance

Kihon Kumite - Nihonme

Attack: Right - Defence: Right

(Reverse Angle)

Attack: right stance -
slide in punch - one step side kick -
spin into left stance

Defence: right stance -
slide away (angle) cover head - slide away to block -
drive in strike bith hands to back & knee into back of leg -

move back into left stance

slide in punch - slide in reverse punch - rollover onto back on throw (raise right leg) -
roll away into left stance (kneeling)

Defence: right stance -
slide away (angle) cover head - pull back to block -
grab wrist & backfist - raise arm & elbow strike -
step back feet together (both hands to wrist) - step behind & roll to floor - kneel on arm & punch face -
pin arm & spin away
into left stance

slide in punch - one step side kick - reverse punch (head) -
step back into right stance
